Participation of the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Technical Physics and Heat Power Engineering, D.Nurgaliyeva, in the seminar.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Technical Physics and Heat Power Engineering, D.N. Nurgaliyeva, participated in a seminar held in the city of Astana. The purpose of her participation was to attend the specialized seminar titled “Atomic Energy: Planning for Human Resources and Personnel Development, including Human Resource Development Strategies and Plans.” The event was organized by the Atomic Energy Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and was scheduled to take place from December 1 to 5, 2025.

The seminar focused on modern approaches to forming and implementing personnel policy in the nuclear sector, as well as on exchanging international experience in training highly qualified specialists. Notably, representatives of nuclear power plants from Egypt, Belarus, Turkey, and Hungary participated in the seminar, presenting their achievements, demonstrating advanced practices in human resource development, and sharing their experience in implementing innovative technologies in nuclear energy.

Participation in this event contributed to enhancing D.N. Nurgaliyeva’s professional competencies in strategic workforce planning, expanding her theoretical and methodological knowledge, and strengthening international cooperation in the field of nuclear energy.

Participation in the seminar has a significant impact on the development of the scientific and pedagogical potential of the Department of Technical Physics and Heat Power Engineering and contributes to the introduction of modern educational and methodological practices aligned with global standards for training personnel for high-technology industries.
