On December 5, 2025, a meeting of the Dissertation Council in the field of Physical and Chemical Sciences was held at the Non-profit Joint-Stock Company “Shakarim University” under the chairmanship of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erlan Gadletovich Batyrbekov.

During the meeting, the applicant, Medet Toleugalievich Idinov, presented his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). In his presentation, he demonstrated the relevant scientific results of his research and substantiated its theoretical and practical significance.

Following an open discussion and voting, the Dissertation Council decided to petition the Committee for awarding M. T. Idinov the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the educational program “Technical Physics” for his dissertation titled:
“Modified Composite Films Based on CuBi/CuBi₂O₄ as Protective Shielding Materials”
within the educational program 8D05302 – “Technical Physics.”

The dissertation was completed at the Department of “Technical Physics and Heat Power Engineering” of “Shakarim University” NJSC.
