From May 21 to 23, 2025, the XXIV Conference-Competition of Research and Development (R&D) for young scientists and specialists of the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the premises of the National Nuclear Center (Kurchatov).

Traditionally, the event was attended by students, master’s and doctoral candidates, as well as faculty members of Shakarim University, who presented the results of their research fully aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals “Affordable and Clean Energy” and “Quality Education.”

Participation in such an event provides an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues and explore emerging research directions.

This year, presentations by Kadyrbolat Nurlat, a student of the “Thermal Power Engineering” educational program, Zhasulan Ainur, a doctoral candidate of the “Technical Physics” program, and Rinat Kusainov, Head of the Engineering Center, were recognized.
